We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the total order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. Credit card payments may take 30 days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@chijetetienda.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition (subject: return + your order number). We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
